'Blessings' Card
Handmade Thanksgiving Card

A very simple, yet stylish card in the classic autumnal scheme of yellow and brown to give to loved ones on Thanksgiving.

What you will need:

1. Folded notecard - white
2. Pigment ink pads - Amber yellow and brown
3. Brown scrapbooking paper strip
4. Oak leaf craft stamp
5. 2 mini brads - copper
6. Blessings - stamp, cutout or sticker (we cut out the words from a Thanksgiving themed scrapbook paper sheet)

Directions:

1. Stamping directly onto the notecard, use the yellow ink pad to lightly cover the entire front of the notecard to get a sponged yellow look.

2. Use the oak leaf stamp and stamp all over the yellowed front using brown ink pad. Re-ink stamp after 2-3 times.

3. Glue the 'Blessings' cutout on to the sheet of brown patterned paper. If using a stamp, sticker or rub-on, cut out a piece of light brown paper and transfer your words onto it before gluing.

4. Affix the brads over the 'blessings' cutout piercing both the cutout and the strip.

5. Glue the strip in the center and you are done.
