10. Black craft foam
11. Small white piece of fabric

Directions:
1. Begin by painting the pilgrims. You will want to paint the white

4. Use the black marker to draw on eyes and mouths.
5. Let the paint dry, while it is drying cut some of the brown string
for hair.
6. Use the hot glue gun to glue the hair onto the two pilgrims. Do not
be concerned about what the top of the head will look like since both
will have hats that will cover it.
7. Cut a strip out of the black craft foam the right size for the top
of a hat.
8. Put the two ends together so that it makes a circle.
9. Use the hot glue gun to glue the two ends together.
10. Cut a circle out of the black craft foam that is slightly larger
in diameter than the boy's head.
11. Glue the piece from step nine onto the circle so that it looks
like a hat.
12. Glue the hat to the boy's head.
14. Take the white piece of fabric and cut a rectangular piece long
enough and wide enough to go to the girl's "shoulders."
15. Glue the fabric to the girl's head to make it look like a bonnet.
16. Use the hot glue gun to glue the pilgrims to the top of the wooden
spoons.
*Be sure when washing spoons after use, that you do not wash the
pilgrims, they are not made to withstand water, soap or scrubbing.
